Matterport sets the bar as the premier system for creating immersive 3D tours. Utilizing 6 high resolution cameras and infrared to gather 3d mesh data, the Matterport system then uploads the data to servers where, using the proprietary Cortex AI platform, the final model is created. The resulting product can be a clickable self-guided walkthrough of the space with a 3D “dollhouse,” and can include a highlight tour created by our staff. From the scan it is also possible to create schematic floor plans, embed your 3d model in your website, and also to publish directly to Google Street View, VRBO, and Realtor.com.
